EXCHANGES & RETURNS

Every piece of armor is hand inspected throughout the entire manufacturing process and again before its shipped. It is our desire for you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of DFNDR Armor products. We will accept eligible items for return and exchange within 20 days of purchase or receiving an order.

Returns & Exchanges must be in original condition and packaging. Refunds will be refunded in full minus shipping/handling. 

• ALL CERAMIC STRIKE FACE ARMOR PLATES ARE FINAL SALES.  
• ALL HELMET SALES ARE FINAL
• ALL SOFT ARMOR VEST SALES ARE FINAL
• A restocking fee up to 15% applies on all approved returns

(Level III++, Level IIIX and Level IV).
